Throughout the year we hold a number of fund raising and fun
events. These include an Hunt Ball, held either in the autumn
or the spring and/or an end of season dinner dance with which
is a fun evening with photos of the season, a couple of end of
term prizes including the ‘glue pot’ lots of fun, impromptu
speeches and a running slide show of the seasons photos by
Ginni Beard.

There is also a lively annual farmers dinner to which all farmers
and subscribers are welcome.

Horse events include our annual Point to Point at Godstone,
Hunter Trials, and Pleasure Ride which this year was held at
Northease Farm, Rodmell, for equestrians, walkers and
mountain bikers this is an event not to be missed, with a
12 mile ride over the beautiful South Downs mainly on privately
owned farmland with views to the Ashdown Forest and the sea.
